Q: What is your favorite class to play and
why?
I love Bard because I love to entertain
others and seeing them smile.
Q: Are you a member of a household or
fighting company and how does it benefit
Amtgard as a whole?
Actually I am a member of a fighting
company currently being rebuilt. Our beloved
Republic will see glory again.
Q: Do you participate in A&S competitions,
if so what medium do you prefer for your
creations? Yes, as someone who does
everything from garbing to bladesmithing . I
love all of of the competitions and try to
enter as many as I can when I can.
Q: When did you join Amtgard, who
brought it to your attention?
Sir Horus brought me in to AMTGARD in
the Celestial Kingdom in 1995
Q: Do you have a favorite camping event?
What do you like about it?
Any event I go to. As Captain of the
Merchant Ship The Druid's Rose, I get to
make so many wonderful new friends
everywhere I go.
Q: What have you done to advertise your
land and bring in new members?
Wow, there have been so many demos and
public interactions but perhaps my most
favorite and most memorable was the
Boy/Cub Scout demo I was asked by Lord
Collin and Lady T to be a part of. (If you
can be a part of this. The faces of those kids
having the time of their lives will stay with
you forever)

Q: Have you held office, if so, what was it
and why that office?
There have been a few different times, but
perhaps my most memorable was being the
first Sheriff of a new Shire in The Celestial
Kingdom that I had the blessing of helping
to get started.
Q: What is your happiest memory in your
Amtgard land/event?
The day Father Tom AMTGARD married
Tigereye and I the beautiful woman who
later in mundane life became my wife.
Q: What are your future plans for your
land, do you have anything in the works?
Right now I am recovering from a health
issue, but you can guarantee as soon as I can
put the Rose to sail, I will as I always have,
utilize it to help my land to the best of my
ability.
Q: What are your goals in Amtgard?
To insure it's future and preserve the ability
for all generations to have the ability to
share in our beloved AMTGARD family.
Q: Is there anything else you want to share?
Just know my heart is still in my beloved
Westmarch, but until that day comes in
which I can return, I challenge Westmarch
to be the example and do what so many I
have heard cry out for. Make legendary
A&S competitions. In so many places A&S
has been left behind. Create a legendary set
of competitions that will have members of
other kingdoms craving the need to compete
in your event. Do you have what it takes? If

Crystal Groves
Crystal Groves was granted Kingdom Status by the Circle of Monarchs at Clan XXV
Saturday July 22nd 2007.
Crystal Groves holds two very successful major events each year, Feast of Fools and
Feast of the Dead.
Kingdom voted on November 29th, 2009 to begin transitioning into a Floating
Crown. The first office to become a floating position was Prime Minister and took
place April 4th, 2010.
Kingdom voted on December 27th, 2009 to allow all full members in all sponsored
lands to run for Kingdom level positions.
